complete renovation
ZVI Construction, LLC. and South Middlesex Opportunity Council (SMOC) partnered for another project and recently completed the transformation of the 28,000 square foot Suburban Athletic Club into the new Framingham Community & Cultural Center.
The 5-month, fast-paced project was a complete interior and exterior renovation of the existing “Butler Building” and included the addition of an elevator, the addition of a sprinkler system, the addition of 10 new bathrooms and all new MEP/FA systems including a 30 ton RTU.
The project will provide educational, community, recreational and cultural benefits to the residents of Framingham. The project was completed on-time and on budget during the COVID pandemic and ZVI Construction was honored to be part of such a fantastic team of professionals. Our sincere thanks to SMOC, Davis Square Architects, Waypoint KLA, the project’s Subcontractors and the City of Framingham.
