This 20,000 SF Design-Build was a gut renovation project including all new utility services, a new 3 story internal staircase, new HVAC systems, a new roofing system, new storefront with exterior “ADA” ramp, office and warehouse space, and all new finishes.

With a tight schedule and budget, Boston University turned again to our experienced team to deliver the project. From design and permitting to the finishes, ZVI was responsible for all aspects of the project.
