ZVI Construction, LLC was honored to partner with Capstone Communities, LLC. in November of 2019 during pre-construction to perform CM/GC services for a full-gut affordable housing project in Cambridge, MA.

The project began prior to the COVID-19 pandemic and was put on hold for several weeks. Once construction was allowed to resume, the project maintained its original substantial completion date. The Team from ZVI Construction, along with the management from Capstone Communities worked tirelessly to accomplish this on-time completion date.

ZVI transformed this former hotel into a ninety-four-bed student housing facility located just one block from Lake Geneva in the beautiful Eaux Vive section of Geneva, Switzerland. With modernized kitchens and bathrooms, common meeting rooms, and state-of-the-art communications, this project has become one of the premier student housing facilities in Geneva.

Byron Court, a five-story, 57,000 SF structure overlooking Mecklenburgh Square in Bloomsbury, London was custom renovated by ZVI for New York University. The property is within close proximity to public transportation, the universities, diverse downtown entertainment, and shopping centers.

Byron Court is now a state-of-the-art complex capable of housing 230 students. With en-suite bathrooms, kitchens, living and dining areas, 24/7 security, laundry facilities with on-line reservation systems, multiple common areas, and a 200-seat modern classroom, convenience and comfort are combined to create an ideal student residence.

Located in the vibrant South End neighborhood of Boston, ZVI gave these apartments a luxury makeover. The scope of work included replacing the laminate countertops with granite, installing all new floor finishes, and creating custom closet millwork.  ZVI performed the work in an occupied apartment complex, delivering the apartments on time and on budget.
