This 20,000 SF Design-Build was a gut renovation project including all new utility services, a new 3 story internal staircase, new HVAC systems, a new roofing system, new storefront with exterior “ADA” ramp, office and warehouse space, and all new finishes.

With a tight schedule and budget, Boston University turned again to our experienced team to deliver the project. From design and permitting to the finishes, ZVI was responsible for all aspects of the project.

ZVI and the Project Team broke ground on a $4.1 million renovation and expansion that will make the entire church handicap-accessible in addition to adding another floor to the structure.

The work is focusing on renovations to the office, meeting and community space at the rear of the property as well as a newly upgraded ADA compliant entrance. Other enhancements in this Project include elevator service, new HVAC systems, energy efficient materials / design and a new roof deck.

ZVI Construction partnered with the Italian shoe company Vibram to complete their new research and design facility in the heart of Boston University.  The design / build project was a complete renovation of an abandoned restaurant and included structural improvements and a new fire protection system. 

ZVI Construction completed renovations which included: tenant coordinated demolition of the existing 25,000 SF space, installation of all new mechanical systems, fire protection, and elaborate, sound-sensitive finishes. The Project Team established a fixed schedule and worked discretely on this design-build project without disturbing WBUR's ongoing operations.

ZVI transformed the existing shell of an old drycleaner’s into a luxury salon and spa. ZVI worked alongside the owner of Zpro to achieve a contemporary and sleek design without compromising the functionality of the salon.

By constructing a mezzanine level and installing a spiral staircase and an elevator, ZVI added 482 square foot to the existing space. The 1,968 square foot renovation includes a polished concrete floor, newly installed mechanical system, and custom plumbing for stylist, manicure, and pedicure stations.

ZVI Construction, LLC. partnered with New England’s franchise owner for the first of many Amazing Lash Studios.  The Boston area’s first Amazing Lash Studio was built within a historic building in Brookline, Massachusetts within 8 weeks. It included 10 salon rooms, a full service breakroom kitchenette and a 900 square foot training room in the basement that also serves as the Franchise Owner’s main office.  An additional 3 salons will be built in 2019-2020.
